Allie Buczkowski

Allie Buczkowski is a Senior Proposition Manager at Westpac, where they focus on innovative marketing strategies that drive business success. With a rich background in marketing management, including roles as Campaign Manager and Marketing Manager at ASB Bank, Allie has also served as a Senior Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. As a co-founder of The Oat Company NZ, they pioneered the country's first 100% New Zealand made oat milk products. Additionally, Allie engages with the community as the Deputy Chair of the Birkdale Beach Haven Community Project. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce with first-class honors from the University of Otago and have completed an Advanced Marketing Leadership program.
