Andy Taylor

Andy Taylor serves as the Chair of the Financial Institutions Remuneration Group (FIRG) since August 2019, leading a not-for-profit organization that provides remuneration data and insights to the financial sector. Taylor has an extensive background in performance management and reward, currently holding the position of Head of Performance Management and Reward at Westpac since September 2006. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Remuneration & Benefits at Capital Finance (HBOS Australia) and Senior Manager in Remuneration and Benefits at HBOS Australia. Taylor also worked as HR and Payroll Manager at Capital Finance Australia Ltd. In terms of education, Taylor earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Information Systems from Deakin University between 2002 and 2008.
