Ben Hu is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in cloud operations and engineering, currently serving as the Technical Lead at Westpac since June 2022. Prior roles include Lead Cloud Engineer at TAL Australia, where responsibilities encompassed cloud governance and infrastructure development, and Senior Cloud Engineer & DevOps at PetSure, focusing on enhancing cloud environment reliability. With foundational experience as a Senior IT Engineer at ION and at Qualcomm, among others, Ben has a strong background in infrastructure support and systems administration. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
