Cathy Graycon

Cathy Graycon is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles at Westpac since 2008, including General Manager of Human Resources and General Manager of Reward & Performance Management. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of Managing Director of Human Resources at Westpac Institutional Bank and served as General Manager of Human Resources at BT Financial Group. Cathy's career began at J.P. Morgan, where a tenure of nearly two decades culminated in the role of Human Resources Director. In addition to practical experience, Cathy is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business in Organisation Development from the University of South Australia.
