Cella Ford

Cella Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Net-Zero Implementation at Westpac since February 2023, Cella previously held the role of Project Officer at NSW Treasury under the Office of Energy and Climate Change from August 2022 to February 2023. Prior to this, Cella contributed six years to the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) in various compliance-focused roles, including Compliance and Systems Manager, Compliance Manager, and Compliance Analyst. Cella is pursuing a Master of Analytics at UNSW, expected to be completed in November 2024, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Forensics & Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, awarded in 2015.
