Dan Anderson is an experienced service design professional with a robust background in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Notable positions include Senior Consultant - Service Design at Bound from December 2024 to September 2025, and significant roles at Westpac, including Principal Service Designer and Service Design Lead, where responsibilities involved the Customer Journey Lab and Customer Strategy & Value Proposition teams.
