Gary Millar

Gary Millar is a seasoned professional in information security and network architecture with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Gary serves as a Senior Manager of Security Architecture & Design at Westpac since September 2014, where previous roles include Enterprise Security Architect and Information Security Architect. Prior to Westpac, Gary held the position of Director at enableSME and worked as a Senior Security Consultant at Deloitte Australia. Earlier in the career, Gary contributed as an Information Security Specialist at Allen & Overy, focusing on ISO27001 certification and risk assessments, and has held various engineering roles in network security and infrastructure at companies such as Northgate IS, Data#3, Optus, Equant, Source Integrated Networks, and 24/7 media. Gary's academic background includes studies at the University of Johannesburg and King Edward VII School.
