Previously, Gilston worked as an Executive Manager at Westpac Group and as a Fund Manager at Becton, focusing on strategic asset management and performance optimization across various commercial properties. Gilston holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Valuation from RMIT University.
