Jay Do

Jay Do is a data scientist and engineer with extensive experience in AI, MLOps, and advanced applied mathematics. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Westpac, Jay previously held senior data scientist roles at THE ICONIC and Tabcorp, where they focused on churn analysis and customer behavior modeling. Jay’s research background includes developing computer vision technologies at Inovor Technologies and acquiring a PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Michigan State University, where they also contributed as a graduate teaching assistant. With a passion for data, Jay has gained expertise in various technologies, including GCP, dbt, and machine learning applications across multiple industries.
