John Adams

John Adams is an experienced program manager with a proven track record in data management transformations and regulatory reform programs. Since January 2021, John has led complex initiatives at Westpac, focusing on innovative data solutions and stakeholder engagement. Previously, as Program Director at Commonwealth Bank, John was responsible for analytics transformation projects and received a CEO award for a successful data solution deployment. As an Associate Partner at Ernst & Young, John managed a substantial team in the Data & Analytics practice and developed new analytics services. Before that, John led the Business Intelligence practice at Accenture and co-founded the BI team at Deloitte, where John specialized in enterprise performance management and project management.
