Leandro Oliveira

Leandro Oliveira is currently the Head Tech Lead for ServiceNow at Westpac, where they oversee teams and drive digital transformation initiatives within a major APAC bank. They began their career as an on-site IT support provider, later transitioning into consultancy and specializing in IT Service Management with a focus on ServiceNow. Leandro has held various roles, including ServiceNow Architect at Plat4mation, Manager for IT Advisory at EY, and System Architect at the Serious Fraud Office, where they enhanced system capabilities and managed significant projects. With a degree in Software Development from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, Leandro has continuously demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation throughout their diverse career.
