Lu Luc

Lu Luc is currently the Group Head of Artificial Intelligence Services at Westpac, where they lead the data strategy, customer cortex capabilities, and advanced analytics initiatives. Previously, they held various senior roles in data strategy and analytics at organizations such as Commonwealth Bank, EY, and AGL Energy. With extensive experience in data products, transformation, and artificial intelligence, Lu was instrumental in shaping data-driven decision-making processes across multiple sectors. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Chief Data Officer at One Mount Group and held various leadership positions at SAP and Macquarie Group.
