Lucy Wen

Lucy Wen is currently the Senior Director of Corporate Development at Westpac, where they leverage their extensive experience in finance and risk analytics. Previously, Lucy held positions as an Actuarial Consultant at Zurich Financial Services Australia and Mercer, focusing on insurance and financial model auditing. They began their career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where they contributed to significant IPOs and acquisitions. Lucy earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies and Accounting from UNSW Australia and was recognized with the Premier's Award for All-Round Excellence at Sydney Girls' High School.
