Lynette Murray is currently the Head of Customer Advocacy at Westpac, a role they have held since 2007. Previously, Lynette served as the National Development Manager for Contact Centres at Westpac Banking Group NZ from 2004 to 2007. With a strong focus on customer experience, Lynette is passionate about people development, call centre operations, project management, and dispute resolution.
