Mac Stark

Mac Stark has over a decade of experience at Westpac, currently serving as the Head of Banker and Customer Experience (Acting) in the Business and Wealth division, alongside roles such as Transformation Strategy Lead and Senior Manager - Strategy & Design. Stark has led various key projects, including the implementation of AI-powered data analytics tools and a review of the Australian Community Pharmacy Industry. Previous positions at Westpac include Regional General Manager - Health and Social Services and Senior Relationship Manager - Healthcare. Stark's career began with a Graduate Program at Westpac and an internship at Lend Lease. An education background includes a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology, along with studies at The University of Queensland and Anglican Church Grammar School.
