Michael Puncheon currently serves as the Head of Service Management at Westpac, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 13 years at BT, where responsibilities included overseeing service and release management, IT governance, and project office management, among other leadership positions. Notable projects included the development and integration of BT Super for Life into Westpac's online banking platform. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Manager at Optus, EDS Group, and the British Council, as well as a role in project management with AgustaWestland. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Salford, Manchester, obtained in 1998.
