Natasha Stanton

Natasha Stanton has extensive experience in the learning and development sector, having held significant roles at various organizations. Natasha's career commenced at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a Financial Planning Graduate and Senior Facilitator, followed by a position as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at TAL. Natasha further enhanced expertise as a Learning & Development Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later as a Learning & Development Consultant at Lend Lease. Natasha returned to Westpac, where responsibilities as a Senior Learning Manager spanned from January 2013 to July 2025, and currently holds the position of Executive Manager Human Resource since August 2025. Natasha's educational background includes a BA in Commerce and Arts from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University.
