With a proven track record in leading HR transformations, Pete has held senior roles at various prominent organizations, including Amcor, A.P. Moller - Maersk, and First Abu Dhabi Bank. Pete’s expertise spans global HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development, having contributed to significant change across diverse markets. Additionally, they serve as an independent director on the HR & Remuneration Committee for the International Cricket Council. Pete earned a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
