Peter Cooper is an experienced and credentialed business leader, coach, and mentor with over 20 years in leadership roles across major financial and rural services companies in Australia and the Pacific. They hold a Master's of Management and a Level 2 certification in executive coaching, and have worked in various capacities, including as a National Manager and State General Manager. Most recently, they served as an independent consultant, revitalizing programs at Westpac's Business Institute and mentoring the next generation of leaders under initiatives from Griffith University and the Institute of Managers and Leaders. Peter is passionate about helping individuals recognize their potential and pursue clear career goals, while leveraging customer insights to drive organizational growth and change.
