Phil Barrett

Phil Barrett is a highly motivational leader dedicated to operational excellence and transformational change with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. They have held significant roles at Westpac, including Lending Area Manager and Head of Home Finance for Regional NSW, where they successfully led large teams to achieve substantial growth in home lending and SME segments. Phil also contributed to the establishment of a Scaled Advice wealth team at Citibank and currently works as a Facility Manager in Operations at DHL Express. They hold an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning from Monarch Institute and a Certificate of Executive Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
