Rod Cotty

Rod Cotty is an experienced transformation portfolio delivery leader and company director, currently serving as the Portfolio Director at Westpac. With a demonstrated history of success in leading large transformation and remediation programs, Rod has held various roles in the fitness and communications industries, including positions as Senior Fitness Instructor, Operations Manager, and Owner of multiple training organizations. They earned a B Comm in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town between 1994 and 1998. Throughout their career, Rod has consistently focused on driving impactful changes across multiple domains.
