Ross MacKenzie

Ross MacKenzie is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Head of Security Control Assessment at Westpac since October 2005. MacKenzie has held various leadership positions including Acting Chief Information Security Officer, Head of Security Architecture & Design, and Head of Security Governance, focusing on areas such as information security policy, architecture, and risk management. Prior to Westpac, MacKenzie was a Security Architect at IBM from February 2000 to September 2005. MacKenzie holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 1998 and 2000.
