Sa Gao is currently an Associate Director in Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book Change Management at Westpac, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior Analyst in the Banking Division at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority from 2021 to 2023 and held several roles at Westpac Group, including Senior Analyst in Liquidity Risk and FTP Oversight. Sa also served as a Treasury Risk Officer at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 2015 to 2017 and worked as an Analyst in ALM Reporting at Westpac Institutional Bank from 2017 to 2020. They earned Master's degrees in Professional Accounting and Business Law, both with high distinctions, from Monash University, after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Australian National University.
