Scott Retallick is currently the Capability Delivery Manager at the Business Performance Academy within the Business & Wealth Division of the Westpac Group. Having been with the Westpac Group since 1988, Scott has dedicated the majority of this time to supporting business customers, with over a decade serving as a Business Banking Manager. For the past 17 years, Scott has facilitated workshops for Business Lenders and People Leaders, while also coaching colleagues completing a Micro Credential, demonstrating a passion for enhancing both staff and customer experiences.
