Sharon Naylor

Sharon Naylor is currently the Portfolio Change Director at Westpac Group, where they lead a team of organizational change managers and drive impactful transformations. With a strong background in internal communications, Sharon has held various roles, including Senior Change Manager and Internal Comms GM, across notable companies such as Telstra and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. They have advised on leadership communication and engaged teams in driving change, while also developing marketing content and strategies earlier in their career. Sharon holds a Master’s in Leadership and Change and a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of New England and the University of Technology Sydney, respectively.
