Stuart Crosbie

Stuart Crosbie is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Director at Westpac since August 2011, specializing in XVA pricing, clearing relationships, and capital optimization. Crosbie has developed pricing models for MVA and FVA and has played a key role in negotiating structures to optimize regulatory capital, achieving significant savings in Risk Weighted Assets. As a business owner of clearing house relationships and a representative in regulatory projects, Crosbie has also acted as a trusted advisor for clients navigating central clearing options. Prior to Westpac, Crosbie founded Zen Trader and held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. Crosbie holds an MA in Economics from Heriot-Watt University.
