Dan Matthews

Dan Matthews is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and business improvement. Currently serving as the National IDS Product Manager at WesTrac Cat since July 2011, Dan has also held roles including Projects Manager, Process Lead, and Business Improvement Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the WA Territory Manager at D&J Agencies, Inventory & Warehouse Manager at GolfBox, RPO Site Manager at CBH Group, and Livestock Territory Manager at Wesfarmers. Dan holds multiple qualifications, including a Diploma of Business Management from the Australian Institute of Management, Scrum Master Certification, Six Sigma DMAIC Black Belt, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Additional education includes a LEAN Black Belt from Caterpillar University and certification as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
