Travis Cargill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mining and construction sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Electrification & MineStar Technologies at WesTrac Cat, Travis leads initiatives focused on the transition from diesel to battery electric mining machines, along with responsibilities for Autonomous Haulage Systems. Prior roles at WesTrac include General Manager of Business Development and General Manager of Mining, overseeing machine and parts sales. In addition, Travis holds leadership positions as Board Chair of SITECH WA and Director for Allight and Sykes Group. With a robust educational background including a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and completion of the Company Directors Course, Travis is also a qualified 6 Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating a strong commitment to process improvement and strategic leadership.
