Catherine Smith

Catherine Smith is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Director for Merchandising Displays at WestRock Company since March 2020, Catherine previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Rollins, Inc. from October 2016 to February 2020. At GE Power, from January 2010 to February 2016, Catherine advanced through various roles, including Senior Human Resources Leader overseeing HR support for a $2B sales team and Senior Human Resources Business Partner managing HR strategies across union and non-union sites. Catherine began the HR career journey in the HR Leadership Program at General Electric from May 2007 to December 2009.
