Crane Chen

Crane Chen is currently the Principal Mechanical Reliability Engineer at WestRock, specializing in Reliability Engineering, Condition Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis. With a strong background in the paper and forest products industry, they have held various roles including Reliability Manager at Cosmo Specialty Fibers, Inc. and Senior Reliability Engineer at International Paper. Crane began their career as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at POSCO and has since accumulated over three decades of experience in the field. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
