Jack Ji has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management within the manufacturing and technology sectors. Beginning as a Process Engineer Supervisor at Seagate Technology from December 2000 to September 2004, Jack advanced to an Operations Manager role at Environmental Systems Products from September 2004 to July 2006. Jack then served as QA Manager at MeadWestvaco from August 2006 to June 2015, overseeing full quality assurance processes. In the current capacity as QA Manager at both WestRock Company since July 2015 and Silgan Dispensing Systems since April 2017, Jack continues to lead initiatives in quality management, technical service, and lab management, contributing significantly to product stewardship and supplier quality management.
