Lee Roe has extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as a Maintenance and Rescue Squad Captain at WestRock Company since March 1990. In addition to this role, Lee has worked with Ford Motor Company, Hercules, and Lear Corp in positions such as service writer, package shipper, and line operator. Lee is also an active member of the Economic Industrial Development Committee for the City of Covington, Virginia, since March 2025, and owns two successful restaurants: The Cat and Owl Steak and Seafood LLC, and The Rail Bar and Grille. Under Lee's leadership, The Rail Bar and Grille has significantly increased revenue and expanded its workforce from three to fourteen employees. Lee holds an advanced diploma from Covington High School, having attended from 1980 to 1986.
