Ronald Files has extensive experience in maintenance supervision and mechanical operations within the paper and manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor for Power/Recovery and previously for Fiberline at WestRock Company since June 2019, Ronald has held multiple management roles at Verso Corporation, including Maintenance Supervisor/Fiberline and Foreman for Power and Recovery from August 2006 to June 2019. Additional experience includes various supervisory and lead positions at Newpage/Meadwestvaco and Westvaco, where responsibilities ranged from multicraft journey mechanic tasks to operating paper machines. Ronald completed education at Frankfort High School from 1975 to 1979.
