Tom Pike has over 25 years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles within the paper and packaging industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at WestRock Company since March 2012, Tom has also held positions as Reliability Superintendent and Process Technology Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at International Paper, where roles included Reliability Leader for Paper, Maintenance Supervisor, and Reliability Engineer. Earlier career roles encompassed Capital Projects Engineer at International Paper and Maintenance Engineer at Fraser Papers. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1992 and 1996.
