Tony Dotson has extensive experience in reliability and maintenance management across various industries. Serving as a Captain in the Ordnance Branch of the US Army from June 1994 to May 1998, Tony managed a Direct Support Maintenance company and Ammunition Supply Point operations. Subsequently, Tony held roles such as Reliability Group Supervisor at Bowater and Reliability Manager at NewPage Corporation. Tony’s expertise continued to grow as Maintenance Manager at Boise Inc. and Maintenance and Engineering Leader at Owens Corning. Since March 2014, Tony has been the Division Reliability Manager for WestRock Company, overseeing 31 papermills globally. Tony holds a Master’s degree in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering from Monash University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
