Daniel O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daniel began their career at Countrywide in 2006 as a Production Intern. Daniel then worked at the University of Dayton (Flyer TV) as a General Manager, where they wrote, filmed, and edited material for entertainment shows and directed a weekly news program.

Next, Daniel joined Raycom Media (KLTV) as a Director, where they planned the layout and execution of newscasts, organized a team of crew members, and ensured smooth on-air operations.

Daniel then joined Bar1 Events as a Manager, leading a team of four other managers in organizing staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and planning creative events to attract customers. Daniel also scheduled a large staff and managed shifts.

Daniel's next position was at Westward Management, where they served as a Senior Property Manager.

Following this, they worked at FirstService Residential Illinois as a Property Manager for two years, responsible for managing properties.

Currently, Daniel is the Director of Community Association Management at Westward360, a role they started in 2020.
