Alton A Warthen

Alton A. Warthen, also known as Alex, is a strategic operations, planning, and government affairs leader with over 24 years of management experience, including extensive service in the U.S. Marine Corps. Throughout their military career, they held various key positions, including Company Commander and Congressional Fellow, before retiring from the Marines in 2021. Currently, Alex is the Chief of Government Affairs for Phoenix Tailings and the Director of Public Affairs at Lucien Frank, while also serving as a Non-Resident Command and Staff Instructor. They possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and maintain a strong emphasis on national security and defense policy advocacy.
