Daniel Recktenwald

Daniel Recktenwald is currently the Team Lead of Global People Operations at Westwing, where they manage a team of seven and oversee payroll and employee experience for approximately 900 staff across four countries. They also serve as a Customer Advisory Board Member for Personio, advising on product strategy and trends in People & Culture. Previously, Daniel held various HR roles at FlixBus, from Junior HR Manager to People Partner, where they focused on HR business partnering and project management. Their experience began in the early 2010s with roles in human resources, customer relations, and accounting.
