Natascha Ganss

Natascha Ganss has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Natascha is currently working at Westwing as the Lead Product Manager, responsible for overseeing product development and management. Prior to this role, they served as the Product Manager for Checkout and Payments at Westwing. Natascha also worked as the Business Development Manager at Westwing for two years. Before joining Westwing, Natascha co-founded Start2Code and held the role of Co-Founder for four years. Natascha also worked as a Project Manager at LINKS DER ISAR GmbH for almost a year. Natascha gained experience in research and academia as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at TU München. Natascha also interned at Allianz Technology in the CIO Office. Additionally, they worked at Engagement Global gGmbH and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in various roles.

Natascha Ganss completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Technologie- und Managementorientierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the Technical University of Munich between 2014 and 2016.
