Since 1989, Westwood Group has sought out, and transformed quality locations into ideal places to live, work, and enjoy. Our business oversees each step of the construction process, from the vision to the realization thereof, including day-to-day management of the property. We work in both commercial and residential buildings, and seek to build a better city for every resident of the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Overall, our residential real estate arm seeks to build the foundations for strong urban communities in accordance to the industry's most innovative methodologies, while our commercial arm is a well established full service commercial real estate firm and selects the most prestigious locations for many of Canada’s best known brands. Combining our experience from both ends of the spectrum, Westwood’s Property Management arm has become an asset management expert by managing a private real estate portfolio that includes Halifax’s most recognized and prestigious properties.
