"We hired the implementer. They left mid-rollout. Nobody owns it now."

We hear a version of that most weeks. The system you paid for is live, the data you migrated is wrong, and the people who built it want $400 an hour to explain why.

WeSync is an independent recovery service for failed and stalled software and AI implementations. We audit what broke, price the fix, and deliver it. You pay us, and only us. No referral fees. No kickbacks. The vendor that built the broken system has an incentive to under-report the damage. That doesn't require bad faith. It just requires an incentive. We keep none of our own.

You enter through the audit: 21 days, fixed price, four phases. Day 1, the Freeze: read access, changes locked, a forensic timeline of promised against delivered. Day 7, the Architectural Autopsy: data model, integrations, security, and the gap between the demo and what is running. Day 14, the Data and Process Reconciliation: what the system does versus what the business needs. Day 21, the Rescue Blueprint: a bound report, a prioritised plan, and one number for the fix.

Two people run it. Eaymon Latif was a CTO before thirty at an Inc 5000 #5 company, with Fortune 500 delivery; he takes the technical side. Virginia Wallace spent six years at Deloitte on $150–340M programmes; she takes the finance and data side. "Working as designed" and "working for you" are two different sentences. It takes both to tell which one you are living in.

One example. A Hawaii association's member-management rollout looked fine. We found three data-mapping errors and over $65,000 lost to mis-invoiced dues, and shipped the fix within eight weeks, without the original vendor.

Remediation and stewardship after the audit are optional and still vendor-independent. We stay only as long as we bring you value.

Stop the bleeding. Book a 30-minute consult. No pitch. We tell you whether an audit is the right call. hello@wesync.io
