Bob started Wet Building Solutions to provide existing building owners, sellers and buyers accurate leak diagnosis and repair recommendations and to assist architects, builders and developers in re-designing building envelopes and fabricating custom solutions.

Bob visits wet buildings, diagnoses leak sources and provides detailed reports, including repair order and recommendations, materials specifications and cost ranges.

Bob also works with architects, builders and developers to plan effective building envelopes, flashing details, wall and roof ventilation and rain screens.

He helps building owners understand the complex nature of building envelope assemblies, so they can ask appropriate questions about their restoration projects and ensure their project is moving in the right direction at all stages.
