Wet-seal is Australia’s largest waterproofing franchise network, delivering an innovative waterproofing solution to the market that saves time and mitigates risk.

Our industry-first waterproofing system is unlike traditional waterproofing products, which require two coats applied over two days and are at risk of punctures. Since 1984, Wet-seal has done it differently. Our process involves one coat, followed by protective fabric, and finished with another coat. These three robust layers can be applied in a single day, empowering builders and construction companies to maximise productivity, remain flexible, and surpass their clients’ expectations. That’s why Wet-seal is preferred by some of the country’s leading builders.

Our product isn’t just quicker. It meets Australian Standards, is BRANZ appraised, independently tested, and thanks to the tough fabric, reduces the risk of a pierced membrane.

Our franchise system is also unique in the industry. A people-first company dedicated to uplifting our growing network of franchisees, we take care of most of the admin work, including invoicing and accounts payable. That way, franchisees have more time, energy, and resources to allocate to growth-driving initiatives and customer care.

Waterproofing is a critical element of building longevity and integrity. Wet-seal delivers superior results in half the time, protecting builders, construction companies, home and property owners, and franchisees across Australia and New Zealand.
