The biggest risk in a consequential decision usually isn’t the data. It’s the people around it.

WethosAI provides Human Context for Decision Intelligence.

Decision Intelligence platforms model data, options, workflows and outcomes. WethosAI adds the named leaders, teams and stakeholders who influence whether a decision will be approved, accepted and executed.

Our platform helps leadership teams understand the assumptions, judgment, relationships, influence and likely responses surrounding a decision before they commit.

Our flagship product, Decision Due Diligence, helps leadership teams:

• Pressure-test assumptions
• Expose hidden disagreement
• Map stakeholder influence and alignment
• Simulate how a decision may be received
• Prepare for approval, communication and execution
• Retain what was learned for future decisions

WethosAI is used for acquisitions, reorganizations, leadership transitions, major AI and capital investments, enterprise transformations and board-level priorities.

More data doesn’t automatically produce a better decision. A decision can be analytically sound and still fail because leaders misread the people, relationships and stakeholder conditions surrounding it.

They model the decisions. We model the deciders.
