Thorsten Reitz

Thorsten Reitz has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Fraunhofer IGD. Thorsten then became the Deputy department head before becoming the Department Head in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Product Engineer at Esri. In 2015, they founded the company wetransform gmbh, where they currently serve as the CEO/Founder. Additionally, from 2006 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant lecturer for software engineering at HFT Stuttgart.

Thorsten Reitz obtained their first degree, a Diploma in Media Informatics (Dipl.-Inform. (FH)), from Hochschule Furtwangen in the years 2000 to 2004. Thorsten further pursued higher education and completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science (Informatik) at Hochschule Furtwangen in the year 2004 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
