Pascal Muster

Pascal Muster is an experienced finance executive currently serving as CFO and a member of the executive board at Wetrok Group, an international provider of cleaning solutions, since March 2025. Prior to this role, Pascal held the positions of CFO and Managing Director of Finance & Controlling at E.G.O.-Group from May 2022 to February 2025 and provided freelance advisory services in strategy and business models during tenure at IMD from October 2020 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO and VP of Finance & Controlling at RUAG Aerostructures, where leadership in finance, risk management, and digital transformation was paramount from January 2016 to September 2020, as well as heading finance operations for DMG MORI from September 2013 to December 2015. Pascal holds an Executive MBA from IMD, completed in December 2021, alongside a brief program in Foundations for Business Leadership at the same institution.
