Alan Labes

Alan Labes is currently the Head of Extraction at Wetstone, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as VP of Engineering and Technology - New Energy at TechnipFMC from 2022 to 2025, as well as in various roles at FMC Technologies from 2001 to 2006, including Subsea Design Engineer and Innovation Manager. Alan also held the position of R&D Programs Director at TechnipFMC for a brief period in 2017. In terms of education, Alan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Oil and Gas at Fundação Getulio Vargas and has obtained degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from MIT xPRO.
