Rick Heimann

Rick Heimann is an experienced tour guide and educator with a diverse background in energy management and sustainability. Currently serving as a tour guide at WeVenture and Historic Germantown, Rick also holds positions with The Association of Philadelphia Tour Guides and Stenton Museum. Previously, Rick guided tours at Philly Tour Hub and lectured at Temple University on sustainability in architecture. Rick's professional history includes roles as the Regional Energy and Sustainability Lead at CBRE GWS and Director of Energy Services at Johnson Controls. Academic credentials include multiple Master's degrees in Energy Management and Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University.
