Ryan Kochevar

Ryan Kochevar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles. Ryan currently works at WeVideo as the Director of Customer Success Enablement, where they develop programs to drive customer adoption and engagement and supports the execution of the customer success strategy. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Customer Success Enablement and Programs Manager at WeVideo and as a Teaching and Learning Specialist.

Before joining WeVideo, Ryan was a Special Consultant at Sonoma State University. Ryan also has experience in the education sector, having worked at EDMO as the Curriculum Director and the East Bay Region Manager. In these roles, they developed curriculum for STEAM and SEL programming, managed camp operations, and supervised curriculum writers. Ryan also served as an Educational Programs Coordinator, Program Instructor, and Camp Director at EDMO, where they taught STEAM and SEL curriculum in afterschool and summer camp settings.

Additionally, Ryan has worked as a 3rd and 4th Grade Teacher at Albany Unified School District and as an Account Manager and Trainer at Biagini Waste Reduction Systems.

Ryan Kochevar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from Sonoma State University, completing it from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, in January 2019, Ryan Kochevar obtained a Maker Educator's Certificate from the Sonoma State University School of Extended and International Education.
