Alex Vasic

Alex Vasic is an accomplished Portfolio Director at WeWork since October 2017, leading a six-person team responsible for managing revenues across Eastern Canada, Minneapolis, and Detroit, encompassing 14 assets totaling approximately 800,000 RSF. Under Alex's leadership, revenue increased by 38.7% from 2021 to 2023, and Alex spearheads cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Real Estate, Community (Operations), and Development. Prior roles include Director of Real Estate Advisory, where Alex guided a team of analysts in underwriting significant sales transactions, and Director of Real Estate, where successful transaction management led to a promotion. Alex was also WeWork’s first Canadian real estate team hire, contributing to significant lease acquisition efforts. Previous experience includes real estate consulting at Savills, positions at Oxford Properties Group, and internships at OMERS and IFDS. Alex holds a degree from Western University (2010-2014).
